imagesetpixel() は、指定した座標にピクセルを描画します。
パラメータ

imagecreatetruecolor() のような画像作成関数が返す画像リソース。

imagecolorallocate() で作成した色 ID。
返り値
成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。
